Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns for products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@buteeal.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
